Meditation and Yoga can reduce Migraine up to 70 Percent

Researches say stress is one of the major reasons of Migraine and the pain can be reduced generally if you can relax your mind.

Recently a report published in ‘Psychology Today’ said that intensive practice of Yoga for a period of three months (daily 1 hour, 5 days a week) including meditation and relaxation exercises can lessen the frequency and intensity of migraines up to 70 percent. They said that these practices also help to prevent Migraine problem.
